A top-down action roguelike in which Isaac flees from his mother and descends into the basement of his house, a disturbing world of randomly generated dungeons. You attack monsters by shooting tears, pick up items that change your abilities, and face bosses in runs that never play out the same way twice. Repentance is the definitive version of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. It brings together the previous expansions and adds new characters, items, bosses, and routes, plus co-op for up to four players.
