A side-scrolling 2D action platformer with pixel art visuals, a spin-off of the Ninja Gaiden series. Kenji Mozu, a young ninja of the Hayabusa clan, defends his village from a demon invasion while Ryu Hayabusa is away in America. After his soul is bound to that of Kumori, a kunoichi from the rival Black Spider Clan, Kenji combines his katana and agility (wall climbing, air dashes) with her kunai and special weapons. Together they travel across Japan in search of four crystals to keep the Demon Lord Jagäzk from entering the human world.
