A 2D action platformer with classic arcade-style pixel art, set in a fantasy world based on Norse mythology. You play as the Viking Volgarr, who advances through levels full of traps and enemies with his sword, his shield, and spears he can stick into walls to use as platforms. It is a sequel known for its brutal difficulty: each level requires you to learn the enemy patterns by heart and ends with a boss fight.
